Erna van Kollenburg worked on two books.

She translated the Official Study Aid: Passing your ITIL® Foundation Exam to the Dutch language. It is published by Van Haren Publishing in october 2009. ISBN 978-90-8753-551-3.

Furthermore she wrote the book ITIL® en dienstverlening - een belofte voor MKB en non-profitorganisaties. This is only in the Dutch language available.
